U10 and U12 will meet from November until February on either Friday or Sunday nights. $150, which includes on-ice instruction and jerseys (for first year players, returning JLP skaters are expected to wear their jersey from last year, or purchase a new one)

2024-25 SEASON UPDATES
DESCRIPTION OF FEES
Included in your fees for the season will be more practice ice and more tournaments for U10 and older players. U10 and older will receive 2-3 practices per week. At the U10 (Squirt), U12 (Pee Wee), U14 (Bantam), U12 Girls (Mavericks), and U14 Girls (Mavericks) levels, four tournaments are included in registration fees for the season.
Learn to Play will receive one ice time per week. U6-U8 will receive 2 practices per week. At the U8 level, one tournament is included in the fees.
Included in the total cost for all levels are the SportsEngine fees. VWYHA pays these fees so that you don't have to!
Also included in the costs are the jersey rental fees for U10 (Squirt), U12 (Pee Wee), U14 (Bantam), U18, U12 Mavericks, and U14 Mavericks. Learn to Play, U6, and U8 fees include jersey costs - players at these levels will keep their jerseys at the end of the season.
New this year, VWYHA is offering a 4-payment plan for U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U18, U12 Mavericks, and U14 Mavericks. You can choose to pay in full when you register, or have your fees divided up with monthly payment dates of October 1st, November 1st, December 1st, and January 1st.
REGISTRATION PRICE INCREASES ON SEPTEMBER 1ST
Get an automatic early-bird discount by registering in August! Players registered on or after September 1st will be charged an extra $100 fee per player at the U10 (Squirt), U12 (Pee Wee), U14 (Bantam), U12 Girls (Mavericks), and U14 Girls (Mavericks) levels. (For those who choose to pay in multiple installments, the extra $100 fee will be divided evenly between the four payments.)
DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
Multi Skater Discount
Families with more than one skater in VWYHA or Madison Mavericks at the U6 level or higher will receive multi-skater discounts as outlined below:

Oldest skater is full price.

Each skater in the family after the oldest skater (not including LTP) will receive a $50 discount off registration fees.

The multi-skater discount will be applied to the January 1st payment for families paying in installments. For families who pay in full, a reimbursement will be mailed via check.
Goalie Discount
U10 (Squirt), U12 (Pee Wee), U14 (Bantam), U18, U12 Girls (Mavericks), and U14 Girls (Mavericks) players placed on a team as a full-time goalie will receive a $300 discount off registration fees. The discount will be applied through SportsEngine and divided between the four payments on October 1st, November 1st, December 1st, and January 1st.

ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS
All registration fees for the 2024-25 season will be collected online directly through SportsEngine. Checks will not be accepted. Upon registration, a minimum payment is required for some levels (Learn to Play, Jr. Lynx Program, Cross Roster Girls, U12 Mavericks, and U14 Mavericks; and U18 players who register after October 1st). See levels for fees due at time of registration. Online payment options will be available for selection on the shopping cart page at the end of the registration process.
PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Submit total fees online upon conclusion of the registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.
PAY ONLINE IN INSTALLMENTS: (Not available for Learn to Play, Jr. Lynx Program, or Cross Roster Girls) Fees are divided into four installments and will be collected online via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.

The balance will be due in four equal installments automatically debited from your account on October 1st, November 1st, December 1st, and January 1st.
Bantam eligible players trying out for their high school team please choose the option to pay in installments.

JERSEYS AND NAMEPLATES
Jersey costs and rental fees, including nameplates, are included in the registration fees. There is no additional fee for jersey rental or nameplates.
